Heya fam!!!

Man, kinda crazy not to get an update about a game!!! Atlanta will be even better!  I hope you guys had a good week! It's crazy to hear about all the engagements! What a hoot.  I can hold off 'til Nate gets back. Me and Matt are going to be monkeyin' around in a fort anyways!!! Let's see.... a bit of mission advice..... I would probably go to the temple as soon as you can... You're gonna go anyway, less pressure and a more clear mind. Got your box!!! Thanks a mill!  You are too nice to me!!!

 

I'm going to take some time and study Preach My Gospel and take some notes of things that would help you.  It will help me get back to the basics. I remember going to mission prep at the stake center and doing role-play etc. Ha ha I'd love to go back and help out and teach mission prep. When you ask for advice, I'd love to just spew out everything and put it inside your head.  It's just going to be basics for you. Download the institute study guides off the gospel library app and study the book of Mormon and New Testament. Study preach my gospel chapter 3. 10 and 11 are important. 5 is important. 1 is important. They are all important. 

This week was a lot of fun! President showed up to my district meeting which was a surprise. I feel like it went good.  Next week for district p day we're planning a mud hike!  We've been doing a good job of gaining trust and momentum with members.  Got a call from a concerned mother from Page AZ. So I'm going to bring up Lake Powell for sure to this part member family.

 

Something to think about, the Book of Mormon was given to us for many reasons, probably the most important is found the first section of the doctrine and covenants verse 30. 

 

29 And after having received the record of the Nephites, yea, even my servant Joseph Smith, Jun., might have power to ^atranslate through the ^bmercy of God, by the power of God, the ^cBook of Mormon.

 30 And also those to whom these commandments were given, might have ^apower to lay the foundation of this ^bchurch, and to bring it forth out of obscurity and out of ^cdarkness, the only true and living ^dchurch upon the face of the whole earth, with which I, the Lord, am well ^epleased, ^fspeaking unto the church collectively and not individually—

 

The Book of Mormon was given to us to lay the foundation of this great work! It's a gift from God to establish his kingdom! Anyways, I love you guys tons!!! I'll try to put together some mish advice!!! Thanks for the articles dad!!! I love you tons thanks for making all this possible! Mom Thanks for being a great example of missionary work! You're my number one girl!

I think one of the ways we can show the Lord we love his children is to plan better.  When we focus on individuals in our planning we can accomplish more, especially when our lessons are focused on commitments that will help our investigators repent and experience the blessings personally.  When they live the gospel, they know who's gospel it is. (John 7:17)

 

 17 If any man will ^ado his ^bwill, he shall ^cknow of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

 

We're going to build off the foundation we have laid on finding and planning to help people make and keep sacred covenants.
